Prashant founded Bibha AI on a simple observation: businesses want the leverage of AI without handing their economics, data, and margins to a vendor in the middle. PeachDesk is that thesis applied to voice, a platform teams can genuinely own.
He leads company and product strategy across the Bibha portfolio and spends most of his time with the agencies, regulated enterprises, and high-volume operators PeachDesk is built for, turning their constraints into the product roadmap. Pupinder is the architect of the PeachDesk platform. He leads engineering across the real-time voice pipeline, the telephony and provider integrations, and Voice Studio, the local model plane that lets customers run open models on their own infrastructure.
His engineering bar for the team is the one the product promises: two model planes that behave as one system, per-stage control customers can verify, and a self-hosted deployment that works on a single Docker command. He writes and reviews code across the stack every week.
