This cookie policy explains how Bibha AI Inc. ("Bibha AI", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at https://peachdeskai.com and on the PeachDesk application at app.peachdeskai.com (together, the "Website").
Read this policy together with our privacy policy, which explains how we collect, store, use, and share personal data generally, and our terms of use, which govern your use of PeachDesk.
2. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer, phone, or other device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to improve the browsing experience, and to provide information to the site owner. Cookies can be first-party (set by our Website) or third-party (set by external services), and session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (kept for a set period or until you delete them).
Similar technologies include pixels, web beacons, local storage, and scripts. In this policy we call all of these "cookies".
3. Types of cookies we use
3.1 Essential cookies
Essential cookies are required for core functionality such as security, session management, and load balancing. Our marketing website at peachdeskai.com does not require cookies for browsing. Our application at app.peachdeskai.com uses essential cookies for signed-in users. You cannot opt out of essential cookies, because the service cannot operate without them.
3.2 Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help website owners understand how visitors interact with a site. The Website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with Google Consent Mode v2. GA4 analytics cookies (such as _ga and_ga_*) are set only after you grant analytics consent in the cookie banner. Before consent, and if you decline, GA4 runs in a restricted cookieless mode: no analytics cookies are set, no user identifiers are stored, and only anonymous, aggregated measurement pings are sent to Google. Events we measure are limited to page and scroll engagement, outbound clicks, CTA clicks, and form submissions, and never include personal information.
3.3 Functional cookies
Functional cookies enable enhanced features and personalization. Some third-party services you reach from our Website, such as our scheduling provider Calendly when you open a booking page, may set their own functional cookies on their domain. We do not control those cookies.
3.4 Marketing cookies
Marketing cookies track visitors across websites to deliver advertising. We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies, and we do not run advertising pixels on the Website. If that changes, we will update this policy and our consent mechanism before deploying them.

Analytics cookies (GA4) are set only after analytics consent, as described in section 3.2. No functional or marketing cookies are currently set by the Website. Self-hosted deployments of PeachDesk run in the customer's own environment; any cookies they set are under the customer's control.
5. Third-party cookies
Third-party services you interact with through links or embeds on our Website may set their own cookies on their domains:
- Calendly. When you open our scheduling page to book a demo, Calendly may set cookies for session management, preferences, and security. See Calendly's own privacy policy for details.
We do not control third-party cookies. If we add further third-party services that set cookies, we will update this policy before they are deployed.
6. How to manage cookies
Most web browsers let you control cookies through their settings. You can block all cookies, block third-party cookies, or delete cookies already stored:
- Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data.
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and site data.
- Apple Safari: Preferences > Privacy, then manage cross-site tracking and website data.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data.
You can also manage advertising cookies through industry opt-out programs, including Your Online Choices (EU), the Digital Advertising Alliance (US), and the Network Advertising Initiative (US).
7. Cookie consent
When you first visit peachdeskai.com, a consent banner lets you accept all cookies, keep essential cookies only, or set granular preferences for analytics and marketing categories. The Website currently sets only essential storage, which includes the record of your choice itself, kept for 180 days. If we introduce non-essential cookies, they will load only after the matching consent, where the law requires it. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.
8. Impact of disabling cookies
Blocking cookies will not affect browsing the marketing website. If you block essential cookies for app.peachdeskai.com, you will not be able to sign in or use the authenticated parts of the application, because session and security cookies are required for them to work.
9. Do Not Track signals
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal to websites. There is no universally accepted standard for responding to DNT signals, and the Website does not currently respond to them. Since we do not run analytics or advertising cookies, no tracking takes place for the signal to stop. We will update this policy if a recognized DNT standard is adopted.
10. International data transfers
Third-party services that set cookies may process data outside your jurisdiction, including in the United States or the European Economic Area. Where such transfers occur, they are subject to the safeguards described in our privacy policy, which also explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA and other applicable US state privacy laws, the GDPR (EU/EEA), and other data protection laws that apply to you.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this cookie policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use, the purposes for using them, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. If we introduce new categories of cookies, we will update this policy and our consent mechanism before deploying them.
